Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, finalized their divorce.

Kim and Ye submitted agreement requesting a judge to approve the conditions they had agreed on.

The settlement also averted a trial scheduled for next month.

According to the agreement both will share joint custody of their children and divide their real estate holdings.

Ye will pay Kim $200000 every month in child support.

According to documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, neither will pay the other spousal support.

Kim and Ye will split the costs of the kids' private security and private school, including college, evenly.
